How much does it cost & How long will it take?
The short answer is: 11.99 flat rate for regular postal mail delivery. (from 2-10 days depending upon location) in Canada
or USA 14.99 flat rate.  For faster shipping.. contact us by phone or email.

How do I track my order?
Also.. you will be notified by email when your shipment is due to arrive and a tracking number will be provided.

Why does it say The Loot Lady or Amazon Indoor Playground on my reciept?
We started our company as Amazon Indoor Playground Inc. and over the years change to operate as The Loot Lady.  All our payment gateways are part of the one company.

What is your return policy?
We can easily accept returns on on damaged items or if if arrives not as expected. . Conditions apply - must be within 2 days of reciept and you must notifiy us in writing by email.  Please contact us once you have recieved your items and if you find they are not to your satisfation. (we are also notified of delivery)  All other sales are final.   You can retrun ship to:

Once received you will be notified by e-mail when we’ve processed your refund. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. 

What about Duty Charges & Taxes to the US?
If your total order does not exceed $200, you will not be charged any duties (US orders only). Otherwise, it is your responsibility to pay any fees. 

What about Canadian Taxes?
In Ontario you will be charges PST & GST, in Canada GST plus any provincial taxes as required by Canadian Taxation law.  There is no duty to orders in Canada.

Where & How is my package shipped?
Standard Shipping is just 11.99 by Canada Post for deliveries to Canada. and 14.99 to the USA.

Customers are responsible for any/all shipping handling charges on returns.
When are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped every day from Monday to Friday before noon (EST). Orders placed after noon during the week day and on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Day 1 of shipping begins the next day following order placement. Please note that should an item not be in stock at time of order, shipping time will begin only once your credit card has been charged (or when we have the item in stock). Approximately 95% of what is listed is in stock.

Remote Locations *Special Shipping Charges
Please note additional shipping charges may apply when shipping to extreme remote destinations. We will contact you by phone after you place your order if this is case.

What about international shipping?
International customers are welcomed please email us directly.  You are also responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government in addition to the shipping fees shown below. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that might be charged.

Is my financial information Safe?
We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure.

Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with lootlady.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We will cover the liability of purchases made through this web site only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own.

What if some items are out of stock?
We do our best to keep everything in stock at all times and post low quantity items. If you are looking for large quantities of any order, please feel free to call us directly and we can assist you.
If something is on back order or we do not have sufficient quantity to fill your complete order, we will hold your order until everything is available and will ship it to you at one time. You will receive e-mail if an item you ordered is out of stock, and you can always check the status of your order on out web site.
